Job Description
The Challenge
To produce a detailed annual mine plan integrated with the LoM plan. The planner must also present a 3month rolling plan and ensure compliance with the monthly plan through weekly engagement with the production teams.
Qualifications :
The Ideal Applicant
- Grade 12 with 5 years mining experience at a mine foreman level Or Mining/Mine Planning Degree (will be an added advantage). with oneyear overall mining experience.
- Valid Code B Drivers License (manual transmission)
- Proficient Microsoft Office suite
- 3D Mine planning software
- Good communication and Collaboration Skills
- Knowledge of mining methods and strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of excel and mine planning software package.
- Good overall knowledge in mining processes (e.g dewatering stripping loading & hauling)
