We are looking for a highly organized and detailoriented CRM Coordinator to support the of Casino and Sportsbook campaigns. In this role you will coordinate and deliver CRM communications across multiple channels ensuring smooth and optimal player engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign : Manage endtoend deployment of CRM campaigns including emails push notifications site messages and promotional pages.
- Scheduling & Deployment: Coordinate campaign timelines to ensure timely and accurate delivery of communications.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key campaign metrics providing reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with CRM Managers and crossfunctional teams to enhance player engagement and promotional effectiveness.
- Player Segmentation: Assist in database segmentation to create personalized and targeted offers.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all CRM activities align with industry regulations responsible gaming guidelines and data privacy policies.
Key Requirements
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in online gaming (Casino and Sportsbook) is required; CRM experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms is an advantage.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Remote Work: Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.
