What Youll Do:
- Provide L1 remote support managing and resolving user issues efficiently.
- Handle user calls troubleshoot technical problems and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with users to confirm issues are fully resolved.
- Work with established SOPs and support processes to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Troubleshoot and support desktop issues Active Directory software installation Teams Outlook VPN Citrix network problems and more.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Work in a shiftbased environment ensuring smooth IT support operations.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Previous experience in remote L1 IT support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle various technical issues.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with users ensuring highquality support.
- Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems.
- Fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken).
- Proactive attitude with strong problemsolving skills.
