About Us:
Our Client is a leading provider of data center solutions for a US listed company committed to delivering innovative and reliable infrastructure to support our clients critical operations. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) construction and data center projects. We are looking to hire one Senior Project Manager and one Project Manager to oversee the project management in Helsinki.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee data center construction projects from start to finish.
2. Coordinate MEP construction aspects including planning design procurement and commissioning.
3. Work with clients architects engineers and contractors to meet project requirements.
4. Maintain project schedules budgets and risk management plans.
5. Ensure compliance with regulations standards and safety protocols.
6. Conduct site inspections and manage project documentation.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of MEP construction experience preferably in data centers.
3. Proven project management experience in a Main Contractor environment.
4. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
5. Strong communication problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
