  • Think creatively and strategically to develop dynamic marketing campaigns that elevate 25hours as a oneofakind experience. From food and beverage initiatives to creative collaborations youll continuously push the boundaries of whats possible.
  • Take the lead in telling 25hours brand story ensuring our values personality and mission are reflected in all communications and guest interactions whether digital or inperson.
  • Oversee the creation and of 25hours marketing campaigns ensuring brand consistency across all channels from social media to print events and beyond. Every detail must reflect the distinct 25hours vibe.
  • Own the marketing P&L and work closely with the operations team to ensure were maximizing impact while staying true to the 25hours ethos. Your datadriven insights will help refine strategies and optimize results.
  • Be the driving force behind the experience we offer our guests. Your mission is to understand and anticipate the needs of our diverse audience curating memorable moments that keep them coming back.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with partners collaborators and influencers who can help amplify the 25hours brand. Youll work with food & beverage suppliers artists local creatives and the community to create buzzworthy initiatives and unforgettable experiences

Qualifications :

We are looking for you with personality and that certain something:

  • Proven experience in brand marketing ideally within a lifestyle hotel hospitality setting or similar creative industries where building a distinctive brand presence was at the forefront.
  • Strong background in executing bold innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Expertise in digital marketing experiential events and creative storytelling will be your toolkit.
  • Youre a natural leader with the ability to inspire and grow a talented marketing team while also working crossfunctionally with other departments to deliver on 25hours brand promise.  
  • A deep understanding of Sydneys nightlife food beverage and cultural scene is essential your knowledge of the citys pulse will help you make 25hours a mustvisit destination.
  • Experience in preopening brand strategy and marketing launches will give you an edge. You understand how to integrate a brand into a new space from design to launch and beyond ensuring its an unforgettable experience from day one.
