About
We are looking for a Junior Ad Campaign Specialist (f/m/d/x) for implementing and executing impactful campaigns for our retail customers. Your decisionmaking process will be driven by data and key figures ensuring the success and effectiveness of each campaign.
Your mission
- Assist in managing and optimizing campaigns for wellknown retail clients.
- Support the creation and evaluation of crosschannel campaigns (CPC CPI CPx Google Ads DV360 across various platforms.
- Work closely with the sales team and act as a key point of contact between internal teams and clients.
- Monitor campaign performance analyze key metrics and help prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Assist the sales team with campaign forecasts and identifying growth opportunities for clients.
- Bonus: An interest in sales and a basic understanding of upselling would be a plus!
This is what you bring along
- A degree or relevant education in marketing business or a related field.
- Some experience in account management or digital marketing (internships or 1 year of professional experience preferred). Agency experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of CPL CPI CPC CPO vTKP campaigns with a willingness to learn more.
- Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems digital organization tools or analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics or Looker) is a bonus.
- Openminded adaptable and teamoriented with a proactive and supportive attitude.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Polish and English.
