Job Description
As the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Omio you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various financial aspects of the organisation. You will serve as a finance business partner working closely with various teams within the organisation to ensure that financial objectives and strategies are aligned with the companys overall goals.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Compile and present comprehensive monthly management and financial reports to both internal and external stakeholders
Conduct indepth reviews and delta analyses of financial data provide commentary and identify opportunities for improvement
Lead the biannual OPEX/CAPEX budgeting process
Track and report on the development of CAPEX spending towards internally generated intangible assets
Collaborate closely with group function leaders as a trusted finance business partner offering insights and guidance on all financial matters
Work closely with the accounting teams to provide support during the monthend closing process and perform monthend reviews to ensure the financial statements are complete and accurate
Train and mentor the junior members of the team
Generate and present ad hoc financial reports and analyses as needed
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial controller / FP&A Manager or similar role with demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and analysis
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Proficiency in financial modelling budgeting and forecasting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations (IFRS HGB)
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g. Workday)
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
