What s the role
You will be responsible for:
Dealing with clients and the crew
Coordinating diaries and bookings
Assessing briefs and deliverable matches
Preparing jobs costing sheets and quotes
Managing deadlines for client s requirements
Collecting and collating supplier invoices against jobs
Preparing supplier and clients reports for the CVO
Collecting stock requirements to present to the CVO
General office administration duties
Researching and Sourcing potential new clients daily
Boxes to tick
Matric
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in CRM systems ZOHO and Xero would be advantageous
