Proven record in selling landed property
Good network and realtor community
Ability to move leads successfully through sales funnel.
Good knowledge on how to generate leads through market research and networking.
Ability to present tailored proposals to large audience.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and build new ones.
Monitor and report business development performance.
Requirements
A graduate of any discipline
13 Years experience in real estate
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong networking and relationship building skills.
Good customer relationship skills.
Result driven and ambitious.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
