Job Description
Join our dynamic management accounts team at Rank Interactive where youll play a pivotal role in our ongoing centralization and development of the financial control environment. Reporting to the Financial Controller Shared Services youll have the chance to contribute to the transformative change happening within the Rank Group. Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of period trading performance information
- Monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Variance analysis of club trading accounts
- Monthend cost allocation journals
- Providing support to business units interpreting monthly trading accounts
- Ensuring accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations
- Continual review and improvement of management information produced
- Liaising with tax department for gamingrelated taxes and VAT
- Annual and halfyearly audit preparation
- Driving improvement in general ledger processes
- Business partnering with operational teams to understand financial performance
Qualifications :
- 2 3 years extensive experience in management accounting including delivering full management accounts
- Qualified (ACA ACCA CIMA etc. or part qualified
- Proven track record of providing timely and accurate information and reports
- Good system knowledge (D365 an advantage)
- Strong focus on financial controls with the ability to flag risks to management
- Methodical & structured excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Prioritization to meet deadlines and problemsolving skills with a focus on process improvements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience working with senior finance and operations
- Team player with the ability to work effectively within the operations support team
- Flexible working attitude willing to accommodate the needs of the operation
