Job Description
- Directly assisting the COP in providing technical leadership for project implementation and course correction based on the creation and use of a learning agenda; would serve as the COP in the absence of the COP.
- Leading and managing the technical team, including managers and specialists in the areas of maternal and child health; reproductive health; PHC; private sector engagement, health governance and accountability; SBC; community partnerships; and gender, by providing technical direction.
- Accountability for the achievement of results, ensuring quality of technical assistance is maintained at the highest standards, and project technical objectives and deliverables are met in a timely manner.
- Responsibility for promoting partnership and multi-sectoral collaboration.
