Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products services and company policies
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Process orders returns and exchanges as needed
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service quality
- Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Problemsolving skills with the ability to think quickly and provide solutions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
