DT Teacher HighAchieving Secondary School Reading September Start
Location: Reading
Contract: FullTime Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS
A wellrespected and highachieving secondary school in Reading is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Design & Technology Teacher to join its outstanding DT department. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a school that values practical and innovative learning.

Your Role as DT Teacher:
- Teach a range of DT subjects including Product Design Graphics and Resistant Materials across KS3KS5.
- Engage students in handson learning experiences and projectbased assessments.
- Support students in coursework and practical assessments for GCSE and ALevel DT.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop an engaging and innovative DT curriculum.
- Encourage students to explore careers in engineering design and technology.
Who Were Looking For:
- A qualified DT Teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
- A passion for Design & Technology and the ability to inspire students.
- Strong subject knowledge and technical skills.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
