Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organised proactive and solutionsfocused People Operations Coordinator to support our People team. This role plays a vital part in delivering highquality administrative and coordination support ensuring smooth people operations and an outstanding employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail a passion for process improvement and a positive cando attitude. Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Employee Experience: Own the full onboarding process including creating contracts and offer letters managing preboarding and ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for new hires.
Employee Support & HR Processes: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries providing timely and helpful responses. Ensure smooth of key HR processes (e.g. parental leave job changes) and maintain uptodate policies and documents.
HR Systems & Data Management: Maintain accurate records in HR systems (HiBob and TeamTailor platforms) ensuring GDPR compliance and data integrity. Support in generating reports and insights to drive datainformed decisions.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and streamline People Operations processes ensuring efficiency clarity and an employeefirst approach.
People Strategy & Projects: Contribute to key People initiatives and projects collaborating crossfunctionally to enhance employee engagement development and retention.
Company Culture & Events: Be an advocate for SaleCycles values by supporting the planning and coordination of companywide events and initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
HR Compliance & Case Support: Assist in performance disciplinary and grievance processes by preparing documentation and taking meeting notes as needed.
Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment activities including posting job openings screening CVs scheduling interviews and initiating background checks.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Provide support in processing monthly payroll and managing employee benefits to ensure a seamless experience.
Health & Safety: Support work health and safety matters ensuring compliance and a safe working environment for all employees.
People Team Support: Other adhoc activities and projects to assist the team where required.
Essential Skills & Experience
CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
Highly organised with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Proactive adaptable and selfmotivated able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong problemsolving mindset eager to embrace change and improve working methods.
Experience handling documentation data entry or coordinating processes in a professional environment.
Experience working within a small People (HR) team.
Experience working in a fastpaced tech environment.
Strong technical skills including HRIS experience (preferably HiBob) and process improvement capabilities.
Knowledge of people management fundamentals and employment law best practices.
