Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure the understanding of a common target picture and maintain strong professional relationships.
Benchmark and formulate recommendations on IT service management frameworks to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
Design and oversee IT operating models that support business objectives and drive organizational performance.
Devise a change management plan including KPI timeline and outcomes.
Essential requirements:
Extensive knowledge of IT Service Management and related frameworks such as ITIL.
Proven experience in developing and implementing IT operating models.
Strong understanding of governance policies and practices within IT.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within large complex organizations.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
Successful track record in Change management for processes and ways of working.
Language: English
Meritorious:
Advanced degree in IT or a related field.
Professional certifications such as ITIL (or similar) PMP (or similar).
Experience in management consulting roles within toptier consulting firms.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in IT service management.
Language: Swedish
