A Merchandiser at Bell Nursery is the face of our company for our retail partners. This role is responsible for the visual merchandising unloading and stocking shipments of live goods as well as customer relations. Merchandisers report to leadership including the store area district and market managers. They also work with our receiving partners.
Measures of Success:
- Comply with Bell Nursery policies and procedures
- Execute Bell merchandising standards
- Merchandise product per Planogram
- Set ads as needed in stores
- Unload product deliveries manually or with assistance
- Maintain accurate inventory
- Advocate for watering standards to sustain live goods
- Communicate with leadership regarding daily
Qualifications
Technology Requirements:
- Must have functioning smartphone
- Be able to download and use payroll and inventory applications
- Communicate via text email phone (may be eligible for reimbursement)

- Able to work in a safe manner and in a constant state of alertness
