HONDA WORLD is an Equal Opportunity Employer The Sales BDC Representative is responsible for receiving processing verifying and distributing information from both inbound and outbound calls to include but not limited to inquiries on new and preowned vehicles internet leads and providing general information.
- Rapid response to customer inquiries via internet and phone.
- Project a friendly helpful demeanor while communicating with guests.
- Work in coordination with the BDC staff in a teamoriented setting the goal is 100 customer satisfaction.
- Processing both inbound and outbound phone calls to distribute information effectively.
- Partner with BDC management/Sales Management as required to meet customer expectations
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of Excel

- Prior experience preferred not required.
