Job Description
6 months contractor FRENCH speaking Pharma Manufacturing
Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry Do you thrive in managing complex projects and ensuring their successful If so we invite you to join our team and lead critical IT initiatives within a dynamic and innovative environment.
Skills and experience required
- Industry Experience: At least 15 years of experience preferably in IT or project management plus 57 years of experience as a Project/Program Manager in the pharmaceutical industry (GxP implementation)
- Project Leadership: Experience managing projects with budgets of at least USD 2M or leading teams with line management responsibilities for at least 2 years.
- GxP Compliance: Strong understanding of GxP system implementation and regulatory requirements.
- MES Implementation: Handson experience in Manufacturing System (MES) projects
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Language Skills: French (minimum B2 level) is required.
- Project Methodologies: Ability to manage Waterfall Agile and Hybrid projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish the project management and governance structure in collaboration with GPS IT Site Lead and DCMs.
- Identify dependencies assess risks and communicate project status to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and develop action plans to ensure achievement of objectives.
- Manage project schedules and financial health providing insights to stakeholders.
- Proactively address obstacles to maintain project momentum and success.
- Engage and coordinate resources across the enterprise for successful project .
