Job Description
Would you like to work in one of the most beautiful hotels in Upper Austria and live out your passion We are looking for YOU for our exclusive and certified business as a Sushi Chef. Become part of a warm team and experience hospitality at the highest level! :
Tasks
- Prepare delicious and highquality Japanese sushi dishes including Maki Nigiri and Sashimi for guests
- Support the upscale Japanese menu planning and design
- Ensure high quality and authenticity in sushi preparation and kitchen standards
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
Requirements
- You are reliable professional and a real team player
- You have a good command of Englisch other languages such as German are a plus
- Previous experience is an advantage (e.g. as a sushi chef head sushi chef itamae sous sushi chef chef de partie for sushi omakase chef sashimi chef maki chef nigiri specialist or similar preferably in Japanese cuisine).
