Tasks
About the Role:
As a Speech and Language Therapist at The Mosaic Practice youll bring your knowledge and skills to provide lifechanging support to children with complex communication and neurological needs. You will:
- Conduct thorough assessments and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each childs unique strengths and challenges.
- Work closely with families schools and a multidisciplinary team to foster each childs development and confidence.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records upholding the highest standards in data protection and safeguarding.
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Speech and Language Therapist in the U.K. ideally working with children with complex needs.
- Qualifications: HCPC registration and RCSLT membership.
- Skills: Strong assessment communication and collaborative abilities with a warm childcentered approach to therapy.
- Mindset: A compassionate dedicated professional with a desire to make a meaningful difference.
