Job Description

A dynamic progressive and innovative Australianowned National commercial construction fitout and facilities maintenance company. Established in 2010 we now have over 370 employees and 11 branches nationwide.
WHAT IS THE JOB
You will be on the road moving across various jobs throughout the day including Retail Child Care Centres Government & Petroleum sites acrossSouth Perth and surrounding suburbs.
You will be responsible for reactive and preventative handyperson duties as well as grounds maintenance for commercial sites.
Duties:
- Perform general grounds maintenance including lawn mowing edging and weeding.
- Assist with basic gardening tasks such as planting pruning and mulching.
- Maintain outdoor areas by ensuring pathways driveways and outdoor furniture are in good condition.
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance to outdoor structures such as fences gates and sheds.
Key requirement:
- Min 3 years experience as a handyperson in the commercial industry
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance and carpentry
- Drivers License
- A cando attitude
