At Auberle we are committed to helping families and individuals achieve stability and selfsufficiency through our housing programs. We are seeking an experienced Housing Case Manager to join our team and provide comprehensive case management services to our participants. The Housing Case Manager will be responsible for providing supportive case management to participants experiencing homelessness or a housing crisis. Case Managers will meet participants where they are at including travel throughout Allegheny County. The ideal candidate will have experience working with lowincome families and individuals as well as knowledge of affordable housing programs and resources. The Case Manager will be responsible for conducting intake interviews assessing participant needs developing service plans and providing ongoing case management and support services. The goal of this position is to help our clients obtain and maintain stable housing.
