Job Description

The Assistant General Manageris responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the beach resort including guest services restaurants banquets and overall facility management. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences operational efficiency and revenue growth while supporting the General Manager in strategic planning and staff management.

Oversee all operational departments including front office housekeeping maintenance F&B outlets and banquet facilities.

  • Ensure the highest standards of service cleanliness and hospitality to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Regularly review guest feedback monitor online reviews and implement improvements based on customer insights.
  • Maintain smooth resort checkin/checkout procedures and ensure an efficient reservations system.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns professionally to uphold the resorts reputation.
  • Help Supervise daily operations of the resorts restaurants bars and banqueting services.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager to maintain menu quality food safety and service excellence.
  • Help Oversee banquet operations ensuring smooth of weddings corporate events and private functions.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns digital promotions and special offers to attract guests.
  • Identify opportunities for new revenue streams and business development.
  • Work with local businesses and travel agencies to create partnerships and packages.
  • Analyze revenue reports and provide recommendations for pricing strategies and promotions.
  • Lead train and motivate resort staff to maintain high performance and service quality.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals expectations and performance updates.
  • Assist in hiring onboarding and performance evaluation of employees across all departments.
  • Implement staff training programs to enhance service skills and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a positive work environment encouraging teamwork and professional growth.
  • Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial planning for resort operations.
  • Monitor daily revenue expenses and overall profitability.
  • Identify costsaving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
  • Work with the accounting team to track payments vendor contracts and financial reports.
  • Ensure all resort facilities including rooms restaurants pools and banquet halls are wellmaintained.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with local health safety and hospitality regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene fire safety and security protocols.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to ensure guest and employee safety.
  • Implement crisis management procedures in case of emergencies.
