Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Nearshore Project Manager to be based in Poland for a strategic S4Hana migration project. The Project Manager will act as the primary relay between the Polish and French teams ensuring effective collaboration and synchronization to ensure the success of the migration.
Location: Poland (Remote with occasional travel to France)
Project Duration: End date with the possibility of extension
Travel: Occasional travel to France will be required with the first trip likely being a few days followed by travel every 23 months. Travel and accommodation costs will be reimbursed.
Main Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
Coordinate and supervise all S4Hana migration activities in Poland.
Manage planning implementation and monitoring of project phases in Poland.
Serve as the focal point for daily interactions between nearshore teams in Poland and delivery teams in France.
Team Management:
Lead and direct development and technical support teams based in Poland.
Ensure consistency and efficiency of the Polish teams contributions to critical project stages.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Provide regular updates on project progress to French teams and stakeholders.
Identify and resolve issues and obstacles to keep the project on track.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure that all deliverables meet established quality standards.
Ensure compliance with project requirements and best practices for S4Hana migration.
Adhere to security standards.
Monitor the Polish teams skills and manage turnover effectively.
Communication:
Facilitate communication between different teams and stakeholders.
Organize and lead coordination meetings and workshops.
Work in international teams using agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum SAFe Kanban).
Technical Requirements
Proven experience in IT project management specifically on ERP migration projects ideally with S4Hana.
Degree in Computer Science Project Management or a related field.
Resultsoriented with the ability to anticipate issues and raise alerts promptly.
Understanding of business processes and S4Hana modules.
Proven ability to manage multicultural and international teams.
Solid planning organizational and problemsolving skills.
Fluent communication in French Polish and English (C1 level French required).
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
