Job Description
Job Title: Technical Lead
Location: New Delhi

Experience:
7 years of experience in Information Technology
Preference for candidates with industrystandard technical and management certifications
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and support software development teams.
Design and review software architectures ensuring scalability and security.
Implement DevOps tools manage CI/CD pipelines and oversee deployment strategies.
Ensure compliance with security controls including encryption digital signatures and SSL.
Lead and drive a small team while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Identify and implement automation tools for improved code quality and faster time to market.
Troubleshoot technical issues optimize databases and perform system monitoring.
Work with Dot Net Micro services REST APIs Oracle MySQL and cloud services like AWS/Azure.
Stay updated with new technologies and contribute to postimplementation reviews.
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering / MCA (Indian or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution) Primary Skills:
.NET 4.5 / .NET Core
Oracle Database & MySQL
Microservices Architecture REST APIs
Linux & Windows OS Scripting
Agile & DevOps frameworks
Application & Network Security Best Practices
