REQUIREMENTS:
  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABAaccredited law school and active membership in the Connecticut State Bar.
  • 10 Experience in medical malpractice defense litigation (PI Experience accepted)
  • 5 year of trial experience in Connecticut state and federal courts.
  • Participate in mediations arbitrations trials and hearings.
  • Prepare and present arguments for dispositive motions.
  • Conduct legal research draft discovery requests and respond to discovery inquiries.
  • Conduct and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
