Who is Old Yale Brewing
Old Yale Brewing is thrilled to announce the opening of our third location in Beaumont Alberta! This 11000 sq ft 400seat Craft Brewery Kitchen will feature a brandnew 7.5hectoliter brewery 3 patios 20 beers on tap plus a selection of wine cider and cocktails.
With this exciting expansion were looking for Expeditors to join Team OYB and play a key role in preparing for our grand opening!
The Expeditor will ensure a smooth workflow operation between the kitchen and tables is in order. This role will work in a fastpaced environment to ensure food is not only expedited to the appropriate tables but to also ensure the food order requests and quality is always upheld.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the efficient flow of food orders between servers and the kitchen is done accurately.
Verify that dishes are prepared correctly delivered promptly and met presentation standards.
Remove obstacles in service food preparation lines or dishwashing areas.
Inspect the premises to uphold quality and sanitation standards; assist in cleaning as needed.
Communicate important information between the kitchen and serving team (e.g. special customer requests).
Handle complaints from customers to maintain the restaurants reputation.
Support other tasks as needed (e.g. handling phone orders).
