Director Transaction Advisory Services
Were looking for a Director to join our Financial Due Diligence team in London.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Support the team by leading on Due Diligence engagements.
- Undertake highly technical advisory projects under partner supervision
- Be responsible for coaching mentoring and counselling junior staff
- Advise clients on pre and postacquisition transaction issues
- Identify new business opportunities and develop longterm business relationships
- Managing and contributing to further develop services for clients
Essential Traits:
- Demonstrable work experience in related accounting or finance fields
- Bachelors in Accounting Finance or other relevant discipline or an MBA
- Financial Due Diligence for private equity and strategic buyers
- CPA is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated superior analytical and problemsolving skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and client relationships skills
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office with focus on Word and Excel
- Flexibility to travel as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
- Experience working with diverse teams
