LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Reading

Salary: OTE: 30k

Position: Permanent Full Time

A longestablished forward thinking Lettings Agency is looking for a conscientious Lettings Negotiator to forge a career within highly professional local estate agent based in Reading.

If you are looking for a new position with a wellknown brand that has an excellent client base a strong local presence and an excellent reputation then this could be the position for you.

You will need have some experience in residential lettings and ideally come from a sales/customer service background. Familiarity with the local area would be helpful. You will also need to show commitment to personal and branch goals and be a confident team player. You need to deliver exceptional customer service to build long term relationships with both Landlords Tenants and applicants to ensure repeat business and the reputation of the brand is upheld.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

  • Previous residential lettings experience preferred
  • Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Great telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Exceptionally wellpresented ambitious and selfmotivated
  • Knowledge of Reading and surrounding area helpful
  • Full UK Driving License essential
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
