My client are dedicated to providing exceptional automotive services to their customers. Their team is committed to ensuring that every vehicle they service is safe reliable and performing at its best. They are currently seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join their team.
Job Description
As a Service Advisor you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve understanding their needs providing expert advice and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. You will work closely with our technicians to communicate customer requirements and keep them informed about the status of their vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their service needs.
- Provide detailed information and advice on services and repairs.
- Prepare and present service estimates and invoices.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain accurate records of services and customer interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive services and repairs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using service management software.
- A customerfocused attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
