Job Description
As a Full Stack Developer on this program you will have the opportunity to build strong systems software and cloud environments and provide operations and maintenance for critical systems. The candidate will provide technical expertise and support in the design development implementation and testing of customer tools and applications. Based in a DevOps framework this role participates in and/or direct major deliverables of projects through all aspects of the software development lifecycle including scope and work estimation architecture and design coding and unit testing.
Primary Responsibilities
Participate in software programming initiatives to support innovation and enhancement using Java JavaScript Python SpringBoot Hibernate
Developing and directing software system validation and testing methods using Junit and Katalon
Develop and integrate custom developed software solutions to leverage automated deployment technologies leveraging an Atlassian tool suite like JIRA and Confluence to track activities
Develop prototype and deploy solutions within Commercial Cloud Solutions leveraging Infrastructure platform services creating innovative solutions to meet the technical needs of customers.
Analyze (though proof of concept performance and endtoend testing) and effectively coordinate Infrastructure needs driven by developed software to meet customer mission needs
Support the Agile software development lifecycle following Program SAFe practices while coordinating closely with team members Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure User Story alignment and implementation to customer use cases
Document and Perform systems software development including deployment of build artifacts across different environments leveraging GitFlow constructs and using industry leading DevOps tools like GitHub Jenkins and Unix bash scripting
Basic Qualifications
Indepth experience with common Agile practices serviceorientated environments and development practices
Indepth experience with Java Angular Spring and C2S and the software development lifecycle with experience delivering within DevOps toolsets/practices
Direct experience utilizing software testing performance tools such as Junit or Katalon and scripting languages such as Python and Bash while working in an Agile development environment
Indepth experience developing in Commercial Cloud Platforms (ex AWS Google Cloud Azure) and leveraging cloud data services (ex: S3 RDS EFS)
Indepth experience using version control and issue/problem tracking systems
Bachelors degree with 12 or more years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 or more years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
To be considered must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with structured analysis and design methodologies
Experience working on the customers systems
Understanding of the customers system development policies
