Job Description
Are you passionate about cars and eager to grown in a sales career Were looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Product Specialist to join our team! As a key member of our sales department you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their vehicle selection learning the ins and outs of our inventory and working closely with our sales consultants. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated willing to learn and interested in a future career in automotive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with expert knowledge about new and used vehicles including features options and benefits
- Assist customers in identifying their needs and guiding them to the best vehicle options
- Work alongside experienced sales consultants receiving onthejob training
- Support the sales team in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of inventory and current promotions
- Assist with vehicle presentations and test drives
- Manager customer inquiries and follow up on leads
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Drivers License
- Personal Auto Insurance
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service is a plus
