Job Description
A growing company is seeking a Wholesale Manager to lead customer engagement and sales growth. This role requires a proactive and adaptable professional who can identify new customers build strong relationships and contribute to the development of the companys evolving wholesale program. The ideal candidate will have experience in home improvement or plumbing and a proven ability to generate sales.
Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying and engaging new wholesale customers while strengthening existing relationships.
- Assisting customers in selecting suitable products emphasizing unique features and benefits.
- Tracking sales activities and working toward monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborating with marketing on promotional campaigns to drive engagement.
- Coordinating with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Providing comprehensive customer support and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Adapting to the revamp of the wholesale program contributing to its development and growth.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service preferably in wholesale home improvement or plumbing industries.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills to engage customers and drive sales.
- Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to program development.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Salary: $80k/Year Commission
