The R&D operation position will be responsible for procurement and logistics processes across various projects in the R&D department.
What you will be doing:
- Responsibility for endtoend operational aspects of R&D projects including working in a dynamic environment across multiple interfaces and under a tight schedule:
- Plan and support material purchasing for R&D (order monitoring tracking control)
- Manage internal price list of products at RND stage
- Working with subcontractors and vendors
- Leading and controlling R&D requirements to meet their projects schedule
- Bridge and facilitate between R&D engineering and operation

Requirements :
- Bachelor s degree preferably in Industrial Engineering/supply chain/ logistics/Economic/BA in Management
- Graduated or 4year student who is available for full time position
- 12 years of experience in a logistics/operations/purchasing/shipping role included student position
- Work experience with subcontractors and vendors
- Service and Detailoriented with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Perform problems troubleshooting and find quick solutions
- Maintain productive working relationships with all R&D groups & Operations
- High level of oral and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Flexible thinking and quick adaptation to changes
- Experience with ERP systems/Agile Advantage
- Highlevel proficiency in Excel Advantage
