Administrator Workers Compensation
- Delivering administration support to the Injury management specialist and general portfolio including other key stakeholders
- Full time flexible working arrangements with potential/occasional sitebased travel required
- Brisbane based candidates ideally
The Opportunity
To partner with and support the Injury Management team including the Head of Workers Compensation to drive a continuous improvement approach in our workers compensation program.
- Possessing the ability to multitask
- Having excellent computer skills speed and accuracy
- Being proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite including Outlook and other organisational tools
- Being organised and detailoriented
- Possessing strong communication skills both verbal and written to communicate with business managers and employees and other stakeholders.
- Having the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Being flexible and able to adapt to changes in the workplace.
- Possessing a positive attitude/Having a willingness to learn
About You
You will enjoy working in a fastpaced environment have excellent attention to detail and be a strong advocate for embedding best practice into daily activities. You will be organised and efficient and willing to learn and drive a continuous improvement approach.
To be successful in your application you will:
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in administration/support type roles exposure to workers compensation insurance would be an advantage.
Qualifications for Success
Desirable:
- Return to Work Coordinator training appropriate to the State or Territory
- Valid drivers license
- Experience working in healthcare
- Certificate in Administration
- Certificate IV or higher in Personal Injury Management
