- Location: Munich Germany
- Employment Type: FullTime indefinite term
- Salary Range: 75.000 90.000 per year gross depending on the seniority level
- Officefirst work setup
- Language Requirement: C1 Level English German preferred
Your Responsibilities
- Find and attract toptier tech talent representing our startup in the best light possible to engage A candidates.
- Own the endtoend recruitment process for tech roles ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates.
- Partner closely with leadership to define role requirements develop strategic recruitment plans and foster company culture.
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines leveraging creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage the best candidates.
- Represent our brand in the tech community by attending relevant events networking and creating compelling narratives about our mission and culture.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure alignment with company growth objectives and contribute to the success of creating Europes largest virtual power plant.
- Drive process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
- Participate in resolving ongoing hiring challenges and proactively develop solutions to overcome them.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in tech recruiting preferably in fastscaling tech companies or startups.
- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and a knack for identifying toptier talent.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach.
- High energy strong communication skills and a genuine passion for recruitment.
- Strong urge to increase efficiency and automate processes wherever possible.
- Operational excellence with the ability to stay organized and on top of multiple tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Personio experience is a plus).
