  • Salary Range: 75.000 90.000 per year gross depending on the seniority level

Your Responsibilities
  • Find and attract toptier tech talent representing our startup in the best light possible to engage A candidates.
  • Own the endtoend recruitment process for tech roles ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates.
  • Partner closely with leadership to define role requirements develop strategic recruitment plans and foster company culture.
  • Build and nurture strong talent pipelines leveraging creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage the best candidates.
  • Represent our brand in the tech community by attending relevant events networking and creating compelling narratives about our mission and culture.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure alignment with company growth objectives and contribute to the success of creating Europes largest virtual power plant.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Participate in resolving ongoing hiring challenges and proactively develop solutions to overcome them.
Your Profile
  • Proven experience in tech recruiting preferably in fastscaling tech companies or startups.
  • Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and a knack for identifying toptier talent.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach.
  • High energy strong communication skills and a genuine passion for recruitment.
  • Strong urge to increase efficiency and automate processes wherever possible.
  • Operational excellence with the ability to stay organized and on top of multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Personio experience is a plus).

Im Fabian Cofounder at Flexa. My passion for the energy transition began early during my first internship at a wind farm contractor when I was just 16. Watching those massive turbines rise from the ground was a moment of awe that still resonates with me. After starting a few of my own ventures and completing my studies in Finance I transitioned into the consulting industry where I eagerly immersed myself in energy projects. From that point on I was hooked.
