1. Experienced Architect with 15 years in the below domain
2. Handson experience in designing and implementing enterprisescale cloudnative architectures using VMware vSphere vSAN CNF NSX/AVI Site recovery manager Realise Automation Realise Operation in server virtualization networking and storage
3. Able to Define best practices for DevSecOps in a VMware environment
4. Experience Leading a team containing developers working with infradevelopment teams.
5. Provide technical leadership for Platform Building
6. Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to align VMware solutions with business and IT objectives.
7. Technical depth in architecting multicloud deployments across AWS Azure GCP and onprem infrastructure.
8. Ensure scalability security observability and automation in VMware environments.
9. Guide DevOps teams on IaC CI/CD pipelines GitOps and infrastructure as code (IaC).
10.Conduct performance tuning troubleshooting and governance for Tanzubased workloads.
11.Must have live project experience in the role of architect.
