Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of security operations in the Arizona territory including standing guard vehicle patrols scheduling training and customer service.

Advanced Professional Security is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Guard Operations Manager to oversee our security staff and ensure the smooth operation of our security services. The ideal candidate will be techsavvy with excellent organizational and communication skills capable of managing staff scheduling and client relations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Staff Management
Supervise and manage security guard staff ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Facilitate hiring processes for new guards ensuring open availability for all shifts.
Maintain staffing levels to ensure coverage of all posts using flex guard staff as needed.
Manage and approve time cards for security staff.

2. Scheduling Oversight
Oversee and manage scheduling using TrackTik software.
Ensure all shifts are adequately covered and manage any scheduling conflicts or changes.
Coordinate with flex guards to fill gaps in the schedule.

3. Training Initiatives
Facilitate ongoing training and development programs for security staff.
Ensure all staff are uptodate with required certifications and training.

4. Client Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding staff performance and service quality.
Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their security needs are met.

5. Technology Utilization
Use a variety of technologies and software including TrackTik to manage operations efficiently.
Ensure staff are trained in the use of relevant technologies and systems.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a security management or similar role.
Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
Proficiency in using TrackTik and other scheduling or security management software.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to handle highstress situations and make sound decisions quickly.
Techsavvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in security management.
Experience in staff supervision scheduling and client relations.
Working Conditions**

Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
May require occasional travel to various sites and client locations.
