Job Description

We are currently seeking a Director of Game Design to join our global Product Team and contribute to our mission of scaling great games and studios to new heights!
Your Future At Tilting Point
As the Director of Game Design you will work closely with the Product and Marketing Teams and External Partners in delivering bestinclass game production and design:
- Ship and operate mobile games developed externally orchestrating tradeoffs between scope quality budget and schedule.
- Review advise and create designs to maximize engagement and monetization
- Help definethe roadmap with the Game Manager to ensure long term success of the project.
- Partner with 3rd party studio as well as internal key stakeholders including Marketing UA Production and Operations to help drive of the Products roadmap.
- Identify communicate and solve roadblocks that may prevent the team from achieving their targets.
- Communicate with IP stakeholders to ensure approval of designs narrative and supporting artwork.
- Participate in the management of 3rd party technology and tools (business intelligence analytics A/B testing etc. to be used by Tilting Point and by development partners.
This position reports to the Chief Product Officer and works closely with Product and Marketing functions and global external partners.
Skills And Requirements
- Deep knowledge of mobile strategy games their monetization loops and engagement loops
- Strong communication skills across disciplines
- Affinity for the Avatar license
- Ability to self serve data on a variety of platforms
Location:this position is available both based in Spain or in the United States.
