Expected Professional Traits:
- Experience: At least 2 years of previous recruitment experience or professional experience in B2B salesrelated positions.
- Business Development Skills: Proven skills in sourcing new clients and maintaining effective valuedriven cooperation with existing business partners.
- Recruitment Skills: Ability to lead the full life cycle of the recruitment process and select effective candidates.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and German is essential and knowledge of another EU language especially Dutch Spanish or Czech is a big advantage.

- Relationship Building: Ability to build effective relationships with business partners and candidates.
- Positive Attitude: A positive and hardworking attitude towards work.
