  • Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Florida time

Job Description

We re seeking an enthusiastic and professional Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this dynamic role you ll be the voice of our company handling both inbound customer service inquiries and outbound sales calls. Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer service calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency

  • Schedule cleaning appointments and coordinate with the service team
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into loyal customers
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures


Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
