About the Role:
HoneyCar is looking for a Corporate Reconditioning Director to lead and oversee the operations of all HoneyCar service and reconditioning centers. This role is responsible for ensuring efficiency quality control and consistency across all locations while driving operational excellence and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all reconditioning centers to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Operational Oversight: Manage workflow turnaround times and productivity across multiple locations to meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Quality Control: Establish and enforce highquality standards for vehicle reconditioning ensuring all cars meet HoneyCars resale criteria.
- Budget & Cost Management: Monitor financial performance control expenses and drive costeffective solutions without compromising quality.
- Vendor & Supplier Relations: Negotiate contracts with thirdparty vendors parts suppliers and service providers to ensure costeffective solutions.
- Team Development: Recruit train and mentor service and reconditioning managers across all HoneyCar locations.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all reconditioning centers comply with industry regulations environmental laws and safety standards.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate operations and implement best practices to streamline reconditioning processes and reduce cycle times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive reconditioning service management or fixed operations at a regional or corporate level.
- Strong leadership and multilocation management experience.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements.
- Knowledge of industry regulations safety standards and compliance requirements.
