Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

The US Hemophilia franchise is one of the most rapidly growing businesses across Pfizer Biopharma. The franchise is building on the strong legacy of Pfizer in the Hemophilia space and the recent launch of HYMPAVZI an innovative antiTFPI treatment for patients 12 years and older with Hemophilia A or B without inhibitors. HYMPAVZI is a Pfizer priority brand with high visibility still in its early critical days of launch. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the launch of a breakthrough product on a highly talented innovative and dedicated team.

The US HYMPAVZI HCP Marketing Sr. Manager Medical Education Lead will be a critical member of the HCP marketing team. Working closely with the larger HYMPAVZI brand team hemophilia portfolio and factor team as well as crossfunctional partners this role will help drive HYMPAVZI awareness and appropriate use through medical education and lead KOL engagements during a critical period in HYMPAVZIs launch. Key responsibilities include leading sponsorship and congress planning; management of Pfizer Hemophilia Day; and national and regional peer to peer programming support and ;. This role provides a unique opportunity for a senior manager to work on a breakthrough priority launch and drive HCP medical education endtoend. This role will report to the US HYMPAVZI Brand Lead.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience and executive presence. He/she should also have strong communication skills and attention to detail. Experience in specialty care is nice to have but not required.

  • Oversee sponsorships and congress planning including symposium product theaters booth presence and KOL engagement
  • National and regional peer to peer programming support and including speaker program development and coordination with sales leads
  • Lead development and of promotional assets with KOL involvement
  • Primary brand liaison with crossfunctional colleagues also engaged with KOLs
  • Lead HCP Advisory Board development and
  • Brand team lead for Pfizer Hemophilia Day working in close partnership with Hemophilia franchise and crossfunctional partners
  • Support competitive intelligence and planning as new agents enter the market
  • Brand team RC Captain
  • Contribute to annual strategic and tactical operating plans
  • Responsible for fostering a productive agency relationship and managing all projects within allocated budget as applicable
  • Conduct all responsibilities in accordance with Company policies with a strong adherence to our Values including compliance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred
  • 2 years of marketing experience required
  • 6 years of pharmaceutical industry provider managed care or strategic consulting experience
  • Demonstrated strong project management skills
  • Proven track record of operating in a fastpaced highenergy environment with a change agile mindset
  • Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide variety of internal and external audiences including senior Pfizer leadership and senior management from external organizations
  • Demonstrated success to build and maintain productive/collaborative relationships
  • Ability to gain alignment: Effective listening and communication skills gathers input from key stakeholders; communicates scientific and commercial strategies into clear updates for senior leadership
  • Ability to navigate internal organization/processes
  • Ability to engage and influence crossfunctional team members even without direct reporting relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs extract key insights and translate these into meaningful strategies and in market results
  • Agency or vendor management experience required
  • Experience interfacing/collaborating with Regulatory Medical Legal and other functions
  • Track record of innovation leadership and significant contribution to the growth of brands

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120800.00 to $201400.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5 of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
