We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Adult Psychiatry to join our esteemed clients inpatient team in Poole Dorset. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and compassionate Psychiatrist to contribute to the delivery of highquality mental health services for adults within our community. This vacancy is available on a locum basis for the successful candidate to start from immediately for a shortterm contract. This vacancy offers competitive rates.
What will your responsibilities be
Your responsibility will be to conduct psychiatric assessments formulate accurate diagnoses and prescribe appropriate pharmacological and nonpharmacological interventions. You will have to provide consultation and support to primary care providers community mental health teams and other stakeholders involved in the care of adults with mental health needs. You will be expected to participate in service development initiatives quality improvement projects and research activities to enhance the delivery of mental health care services for adults.
