Director of Accounting
About Us
Were looking for a Director of Accounting to take charge of our financial operations and asset management. This role is critical in ensuring our financial health optimizing cash flow and maximizing investment opportunities.
What Youll Do
- As our Head of Accounting & Private Assets Manager you will:
- Financial Oversight & Reporting Lead: Financial reporting reconcile assets and liabilities and provide indepth cost analysis for all projects.
- Private Asset & Investment Management: Manage private assets optimize investment strategies and oversee risk management including companywide insurance.
- Accounts Receivable & Cash Flow Management: Produce cash flow projections oversee billing collections and credit policies to ensure steady cash flow and minimize outstanding balances.
- Payroll HR & Compliance: Manage payroll employee benefits and hiring processes while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Systems & Process Optimization: Implement and optimize financial systems including MarkSystems and QuickBooks to streamline reporting and accounting processes.
Who You Are
- A strategic thinker with a strong background in accounting finance and asset management.
- Experienced in a high paced fast growth company
- Highly organized with experience in financial reporting forecasting and investment oversight.
- Skilled in AR/AP collections credit management and process improvement.
- Familiar with QuickBooks MarkSystems and advanced accounting tools.
