Family Therapist Sandusky/Erie County OH (LSW or LPC)
Compensation: $60000 $1000 Sign on Bonus!

If yes National Youth Advocate Program has an exciting opportunity for you as a Therapist providing Functional Family Therapy (FFT). FFT is an evidencebased and strengthsfocused family therapy model designed for atrisk youth and their families. Services are shortterm and have been scientifically proven to help youth and families overcome challenges such as behavioral issues substance abuse delinquency and conduct disorder. As a Therapist with National Youth Advocate Program providing Functional Family Therapy (FFT) you will work in the community as part of our Intensive InHome Services team. You will deliver EvidenceBased Mental Health Services throughout Sandusky/Erie Counties to adolescents youth and children as well as their families providing counseling or therapy advocacy and support toward the ultimate goal of living safely and successfully in the community.

Responsibilities
- Immersed in the FFT model only you will deliver EvidenceBased Mental Health Services to adolescents youth and children as well as their families
- Managing a small caseload you will travel daily to provide to and on behalf of youth and families in compliance with organizational contract and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly reviews and modifies treatment plans to assure consistent progress and success of plan goals.
- Must be willing to participate in training and consultation to obtain Functional Family Therapy (FFT) certification.
- Must be willing to comply with specific daily documentation and assessment requirements
- Assists in family reunification and/or stabilization efforts with the youths primary family or other permanent living arrangement consistent with the youths case plan.
- Provides safety assessment crisis response and behavioral stabilization services as required to assure safety and stability for youth served
Minimum Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
- LSW or LPC required (LISW or LPCC preferred)
- Experience in providing both individual and family therapy
- Experience working in direct service with youth and families strongly preferred.
- Experience with TFCBT preferred (Remove not necessary for this position)
- Daily travel required; willingness to meet clients on a flexible schedule during nontraditional hours if needed
- Must be comfortable providing services in the community and in client homes.
- Must have a valid drivers license reliable transportation automotive insurance and a good driving record.
- You have good computer and technology skills
- Must be willing to accept other job duties as assigned
