Your Symphony of Responsibilities:
This fulltime permanent Music Teacher role (paid on the MPS/UPS scale) will involve:
- Leading engaging and dynamic Music lessons across Key Stages 3 4 and potentially Key Stage 5.
- Developing students practical skills in instrumental performance (and/or vocal performance).
- Teaching music theory history and appreciation across a range of genres.
- Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom where all students can explore their musical potential.
- Contributing to extracurricular music activities (choirs ensembles bands highly desirable.
- Teaching in an Outstanding School.
The Melody of Your Skills:
The ideal Music Teacher will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A degree in Music or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Music at the secondary level.
- Proficiency in at least one instrument or voice.
- Excellent communication organizational and classroom management skills.
