Are you ready to drive financial excellence in a fastgrowing cuttingedge electric vehicle company We are looking for a Controller Brand & Marketing PR & Events to take charge of financial processes ensuring transparency efficiency and strategic decisionmaking in our global operations.
As a key player in our dynamic finance team you will oversee actuals budgets and forecasts for operating expenses with a sharp focus on cost control and process improvement. You will enable our marketing and communications teams to make datadriven decisions that align with our ambitious growth plans.
This position is located at our HQ in Gothenburg.
The Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate accruals and analysis of actuals.
- Own and manage budget and forecast followups related to costs.
- Develop and optimize cost center structures.
- Oversee the approval process for HQrelated functions.
- Provide deep financial insights into cost performance across all markets.
- Act as a strategic partner delivering financial guidance to operations.
- Continuously enhance reporting processes and global analytics for functional spending.
- Identify and implement best practices across global markets.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
We need a strategic thinker who can seamlessly collaborate across departments integrating financial insights into key decisions. You should have a keen eye for both the big picture and the finer details ensuring bestpractice processes are implemented effectively. Strong communication skills are essential as youll be presenting financial insights in a clear and compelling way.
Ideally you have experience in businessoriented finance roles especially in highgrowth environments and are proficient in financial analysis tools and business systems. Your proactive mindset will help uphold financial integrity making you a trusted partner in earlystage decisionmaking.
