Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our Grains and Oilseeds frontoffice modernization project in Brazil. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the transition to our target front office system Atlas v2 leveraging their expertise in agri industry project implementation to ensure seamless and maximum impact.
- Lead the endtoend implementation of the Atlas v2 system for Grains and Oilseeds from planning and design to and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets monitoring progress and managing risks effectively.
- Coordinate and manage external vendors and consultants as necessary ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to project milestones.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
- Communicate project updates status reports and key insights to stakeholders at all levels facilitating transparency and alignment throughout the organization.
- Plan and engage with other applications to ensure endtoend delivery of integrated applications.
Qualifications :
- Strong experience with complex project management;
- Strong understanding of agricommodity business. Previous experience in the agriculture industry with a deep understanding of sectorspecific challenges and opportunities;
- Extensive experience in project management with a proven track record of successfully leading implementations in complex organizational environments;
- English (Fluent);
- Masters degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
