Job Description

The Director will drive and execute Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) inclusion programs and strategy by aligning with LAC business leaders to embed a marketfirst approach to creating an employee and vendor inclusion experience. The Director will help to define goals and priorities serve as inclusion subject matter expert provide leadership coaching when appropriate support and partner with Employee Resource Groups partner to define key performance indicators and action plans as needed. This role is pivotal in fostering an inclusive culture that values diversity and promotes equity for all employees. The successful candidate will collaborate with regional leadership people team key business functions and other stakeholders to drive initiatives that enhance workforce diversity improve employee engagement and support the Visas overall mission and values. The Latin America & Caribbean Regional Inclusion & Diversity Director will report to the Chief Inclusion Officer.

More specifically the Latin America & Caribbean Regional Director will have demonstrated success in

  • Developing and implementing regional inclusion strategies aligned with the organizations global goals.
  • Collaborating with regional and business leaders to promote inclusive workplace practices.
  • Conducting assessments to identify gaps and opportunities in inclusion initiatives to deliver strong business outcomes.
  • Designing and delivering and leveraging internal training and development programs focused on inclusion and belonging.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of inclusion programs and initiatives.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on inclusion topics and providing guidance coaching and consultation to leadership and employees.
  • Partnering with talent acquisition and people business partners to attract and retain diverse talent.
  • Oversee and drive inclusive focused programs and events externally for clients or special forums according to Visas strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding diversity and inclusion.
  • Staying current on inclusion best practices trends and innovations.
  • Managing budgets and the ability to think creatively about resource allocation.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
10 or more years of work experience with a bachelors degree or at least 8 years of experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in inclusion human resources or a related area.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful inclusion programs.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and crossfunctional teams.
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated relationship building and collaboration in global company.
